If you connect Shopify, we read read-only data (products, and, only with your approval, orders/inventory) to power your dashboard and suggestive performance links. We request least-privilege scopes and never write to your store.
We collect publicly available competitor storefront data (the same pages any shopper can see), respecting robots rules and rate limits. We do not access private competitor systems or APIs, and never estimate private ad budgets.
The public demo uses fully synthetic data. No real merchant or customer data appears in the demo.
We use your data to operate CompetitorLens for you. We do not sell customer data. Your merchant data is account-scoped and is never shared across accounts or published.
We retain your account's data for as long as your account is active so we can show you historical trends and market memory. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing the contact below; retention specifics will be finalized with counsel before general availability.
